It must have been hard to create a very readable story from my ramblings, but they did. They were sensitive, intuitive, patient and non-judgemental. It was an amazing experience; confronting at times, but equally cathartic. Do it.

I was initially sceptical about the whole process. Part of me thought this was a silly idea but my family talked me into it. My memoir is funny and sad and concise; it's a great story. I was impressed with my facilitator, with how at ease I felt. No on-going costs either.

All I did was talk! My facilitator was supportive, gently enquiring and completely respectful. She captured my 'voice' perfectly. Now I have an amazing account of my life, in a beautiful book, that my descendants can read. I'm happy about that.
